"File" menu of Explorer for Windows Mail

"File" menu contains following commands:

"New browser" command opens new window of the Explorer for Windows Mail with same folder. Control+N is shorcut for "New browser".

"Export to unix mailbox" command saves all messages from selected folder into single file of the unix mailbox format. Unix mailbox format has file extension *.mbox or *.mbx. After saving to file You can do all what you want with this file. Many email utilities using unix mailbox format to storage email message database. The "Export to unix mailbox" command opens dialog box where you should select file name and folder to save file.

"Create folder" command opens dialog box where you should type new folder name or select from drop-down listbox. To create new folder press "Ok". New folder will be created in the selected folder. F7 is shortcut for this command.

"Rename folder" command opens dialog box where you should type new folder name or select from drop-down listbox. Press "Ok" to rename selected folder. F6 is shortcut for this command.

"Compact" compact selected folder.

"Compact all" compact all email folders.

"Close all" command savings and close all windows of the Explorer for Windows Mail. In the next start Explorer for Windows Mail will restore all saved windows with selected folders. Do not tangle this command with "Close" because "Close" simple close current window.

"Close command close current window. If the Explorer for Windows Mail have opened one window only then this command saving and close this window. In the next start Explorer for Windows Mail will restore saved window with selected folder.
